It was very windy while we were in Paso Robles. Before we continued west on Highway 46 we took Vineyard Road to take in some more of the scenery. The wind moved the still mostly green wheat in this field around a lot and I tried to capture some of the elegance and chaos in it.
A photo from our visit to Germany in 2014. In late Spring and early Summer, the pastures are full with wildflowers and the cows grazing there must be the happiest cows I’ve ever seen. 🙂

We found beautiful displays of wildflowers along Henderson Canyon Road near Borrego Springs in Anza Borrego Desert State Park yesterday. After some attempts at close-ups I mostly used the wide angle lens, and had a lot of fun with it.
